1. Your Right to Cancel (UK and EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at kylen-london@outlook.com.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns of perishable goods, personalised items, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email kylen-london@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at kylen-london@outlook.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at kylen-london@outlook.com.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
