1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options (subject to availability based on destination):
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at kylen-london@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
